Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal says China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has played a vital role in declining the energy crisis in the country.

Talking to outgoing Chinese Ambassador Sun Weidong in Islamabad on Monday, he said the mega project is not against anyone.

Ahsan Iqbal said China Pakistan Economic Corridor is a masterpiece of relations between Pakistan and China and huge investment has been ensured in Pakistan under this project.

He said the enemies of Pakistan do not want a developed and prosperous Pakistan, but the entire nation is united to complete this project.

The Minister also appreciated the outgoing Chines Ambassador for his precious role in implementing the CPEC.

Ahsan Iqbal said that China and Pakistan will collectively foil the nefarious designs of the enemies of the country.

He termed the CPEC as a solution of power and infrastructural challenges being faced by the country.
