ICECE 2018 shall check the format of all registered papers in accordance with instructions in Acceptance Notification. After the registration, we will send all qualified papers for IEEE Xplore publishing and to be included in the conference proceedings. Compliance to Acceptance Notification is STRICTLY MANDATORY as per DEADLINE FOR AUTHORS 10^th Nov 2018, beyond that the papers submissions incomplete in any sense may be omitted from publication to IEEE Xplore.
